My story, my intentions and why I feel called to this work 😊

I was raised through martial arts, where I learned discipline, humility, resilience, and the value of sacrifice from an early age. Over the years I went on to compete in kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and MMA β€” even stepping into the professional arena β€” experiences that taught me deeply about fear, pressure, performance, mindset, and the inner battles we carry long before we ever enter the cage.
For more than 12 years, I’ve worked as a fully qualified personal trainer and fitness instructor, helping people transform their health, body, confidence, and relationship with themselves. Through that work, I realised that true healing goes far beyond physical fitness. Beneath so many struggles were deeper wounds, trauma, disconnection, and nervous system patterns that needed compassion rather than just discipline.
That realisation led me toward counselling and psychotherapy, where I found my deeper calling: helping people heal at the root level through safe, authentic human relationship. My work is grounded in warmth, presence, honesty, and the belief that people do not need to be β€œfixed” β€” they need to be seen, understood, and supported back into connection with themselves.
Alongside this path, I have spent years deeply exploring consciousness, spirituality, and the healing potential of psychedelic and plant medicine work. I’ve sat with many traditional medicines and undergone profound inner work myself, eventually qualifying as a Bufo facilitator. I don’t speak about these experiences from theory alone β€” I’ve walked through the depths personally, and I understand both the beauty and the intensity that inner healing can bring.Today, my approach brings together mind, body, nervous system, spirit, and relationship β€” combining the grounded discipline of martial arts, the practical understanding of physical health, the depth of psychotherapy, and the transformative wisdom gained through lived experience. Above all, I aim to offer a space where people feel safe, human, and genuinely met exactly as they are.
